- There are rules that must be followed by every member, call it the law of ECIX. They are called Service Agreement.
To be a customer does not mean that you need to order a port right from the start.
Please sent in two copies via postal mail to the address stated in the agreement.
After receiving initial payment, we will enable your port and service level.
